1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using WorkSpeak, you agree to these Terms and the WorkSpeak Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who WorkSpeak is for

WorkSpeak is designed for adult users who want to practice workplace English and customer communication. The service is not designed for children under 18.

3. The service

WorkSpeak provides simulated customer conversations, guided practice, speech and language processing, and automated feedback. Scenarios and feedback are educational practice tools and do not guarantee employment, certification, language proficiency, or a particular professional outcome.

AI-generated responses and scoring can be incomplete or incorrect. You should use your own judgment when applying WorkSpeak feedback in real workplace situations.

4. Accounts and account security

Some WorkSpeak features can be used without an account, while account-linked features require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share authentication credentials in a way that could compromise your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use WorkSpeak to:

• break applicable law or infringe the rights of another person;
• attempt to bypass access controls, subscription limits, rate limits, or security measures;
• interfere with, reverse engineer, damage, overload, or disrupt WorkSpeak or its supporting systems except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
• upload or submit content you do not have the right to use;
• use the service to distribute malware, spam, fraud, harassment, or other abusive content.

6. Your speech and practice content

You retain any rights you have in the speech or text you provide. You grant WorkSpeak and its service providers the limited rights necessary to process that content to operate the requested practice session, provide feedback, maintain progress, secure the service, and improve product reliability as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

WorkSpeak may offer free and paid features. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Web purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy, while purchases made through an app marketplace may be processed by that marketplace.

Subscription cancellation, renewal, refund, and payment rules can also be governed by the payment provider or app marketplace used for the transaction. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

8. WorkSpeak and PergAI intellectual property

WorkSpeak, its software, design, branding, lesson structure, scenarios, interfaces, and other product materials are owned by PergAI or its licensors except for content clearly identified as belonging to another party. These Terms do not transfer ownership of WorkSpeak to you.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or change WorkSpeak features to improve the product, meet legal requirements, protect security, or manage technical and commercial needs. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.

10. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, violations of these Terms, non-payment, legal obligations, or conduct that materially harms WorkSpeak, its users, or its providers. You may stop using WorkSpeak at any time and may request account deletion through the available deletion process.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WorkSpeak is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that AI feedback, speech recognition, scores, or simulated customer responses will always be accurate or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rules that apply to you where you live.
