  • WorkSpeak learning progress and account-linked lesson completion data.
  • Free Practice access/trial state and other account-linked WorkSpeak product data.
  • Account-linked analytics identifiers where they can reasonably be associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain only records that we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or other compliance obligations, and only for the period required by applicable law.

Aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer reasonably be linked to your account may also remain.

What happens next

After your request is submitted, we verify and process the request. Account deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. You may lose access to WorkSpeak immediately or during processing, and deleted data cannot be restored after the request is completed.

This deletion page applies to WorkSpeak accounts and associated WorkSpeak data. If your PergAI account is used by other PergAI products, additional product-specific data may require separate handling.
